Many salespeople typically operate on a full commission basis (sales representatives are rewarded based on their performance). However, under this system, there is a tendency to prioritize sales over the customer's perspective. Moreover, commissioned employees may conduct sales, with the company providing only instructions. The interaction becomes limited to a two-way communication between the customer and the salesperson, progressing according to the "convenience of the representative."
To avoid such issues, our company takes an approach where we engage with customers as a "team" of sales and customer service. All employees are on a fixed salary, ensuring that sales activities do not prioritize the salesperson's profit.
At our company, we address various societal challenges, ranging from social issues to business and employment, using IT to find solutions. Particularly in the field of real estate brokerage, challenges abound, and addressing them often takes a back seat. Additionally, outdated practices, such as the extensive use of fax machines, persist without correction. Our goal is to address these issues through our business initiatives.
Searching for properties, on-site surveys, property viewings, and all related services are provided free of charge. Our compensation is only incurred when you find your ideal property and proceed with a contract.
